Do I need prior cleaning experience to apply?

No experience is required for our Technician roles! We welcome enthusiastic beginners and provide comprehensive, paid on-the-job training covering modern tools, chemical safety, and client communication.

What are the typical working hours and shifts?

Most residential shifts run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday through Friday. For commercial office accounts, morning or evening shifts are available. Overtime is always compensated.

When and how is salary distributed?

Salary is disbursed on-time every single month within the first week of the Nepali calendar month, via direct bank transfer or verified cash voucher with a printed payslip.

Do you provide uniforms and safety gear?

Yes, 100%! All Cleaning Sansar staff receive complimentary branded polo shirts, pants, protective gloves, face masks, protective boots, and eyewear. You do not pay anything.

Are women encouraged to join the team?
