1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following specific circumstances:
- Scheduled cleaning service was not performed as agreed due to operational failure on our end.
- Service quality did not meet the promised standard and our re-clean team could not resolve the issue upon on-site inspection.
- Double charges, accidental duplicate transactions, or payment gateway billing errors occurred during booking.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- A customer changes their mind or requests cancellation after the cleaning crew has already completed the service.
- Services were fully delivered, inspected, and approved during the final walk-through sign-off.
- Pre-existing structural damage, permanent discoloration, or material flaws that cannot be reversed by standard cleaning.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms
We understand that unexpected schedule changes happen. You may reschedule any appointment free of charge by notifying us at least 4 hours before the agreed service start time. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice may incur a nominal transport compensation fee for the dispatched crew.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, contact our customer desk within 3 days of your service date. Please provide your booking ID, service date, a brief explanation, and any photos if relevant. Our management team reviews all claims within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
